There are many differents models of a kriss, the type of the model is called the dapur. You find these dapurs:

The list of all 179 models you can download here, the types ot the models you find here. The word dapur is mostly used in Jawa. On the island of Bali  you find the words Ranggasemi, Jakawijaya, Rangga Perwangsa, Demang Drawalika, Parung Carita and Parungsari (also on Jawa) for it. The number of luks are addited to the names for example Jangkung Maelo - Luk Tiga, Tangan - Luk Lima etc. In Malaysia or Brunei the krisses are mostly only called by the number of luks. Special names for 3 luk krisses are: Sonak Patani, Sempana Keling and Suluk Belikung, for 5 luk krisses: Tiang Api, Api Liang and Penimbul and for 7 luk krisses: Parung Sari, Jenoya.
