Gumbeng

or often called Gumbengan is a Dapur of a straight keris. The blade is quite short, but wide. It has no Ada-Ada. The Gandik is very long, about 1.5 times as long as normal. Dapur Gumbeng is a rare Dapur and can be found at antique krisses with Tangguh as Pajajaran or Tuban.

Gumbolo Geni

is a pamor motif that looks such as a small animal with an upright tail. This is one of the good kinds of pamor and it is be believed prevents threats and protects against slander. This pamor is not for everyone to possess it. It always appears at the Sor-Soran and belongs to pamor Tiban and often appears between pamor Wos Wutah, Pulo Tirto, Ngulit Semongko or other Mlumah pamor motives.

Guna, Kyai

is a known Empu who lived during the reign of the Dutch end of the 19th century to the early 20th century. He lived in Magetan, west of Madiun in East Java. His krisses are long, thick and large. All come from a Dapur with a straight blade.

Gunawisa, Kanjeng Kyai

is a Pusaka Keris of the Sultan of Yogyakarta from Dapur Carita 11 Luk. The ganja is made of precious stones. The pendok is made of timoho wood with gold. It was manufactured in the time of Sultan Sri Hamengku Buwono V.

Gunungan (1)

or Genmukan is found at the very back of the Ganja and above the Buntut Mimi. This Ricikan the Greneng is only found in Nom-Noman krisses e.g. from the Tangguh Surakarta. Ancient krisses e.g. from the Tangguh Segaluh, Madura Tua, Tuban and Pajajaran have no Gunungan. Gunungan means mountain.

Gunungan (2)

is a Dapur of a Tombak. Its blade looks like a Gunungan from the Wayang Kulit Purwa. The form is very simple and the blade is wide but quite thin. At the Sor-Soran one finds a thin Ada-Ada. It is very rare and has no further Ricikan. It is only used as a Pusaka Tombak and it is found only in ancient Tangguh. The best known are from the Tangguh Pajajaran.

Gusen

is a narrow part along the entire length of the blade of a keris or Tombak. This part is bounded by the sharp blade edge with the bottom line Lis-Lisan or Tepen. Keris without Lis-Lisan have no Gusen. Gusen is one of the Ricikan of a keris. Many Dapur have Gusen, including Mayat Miring, Mangkurat, Wora-Wari, Jalak Nguwoh, Jalak Dinding, Carita Kasapta, Carita Kanawa, Carita Keprabon and Parungsari.

Gutuk Api, Kanjeng Kyai

is a Pusaka Keris from Keraton Yogyakarta. It has the Dapur Jalak and the warangka is made of Timoho wood. The pendok is a pendok blewahan made of gold and is studded with precious stones. This Keris already belonged to the ownership of Sri Sultan Hamengku Buwono I.
