Dieser alte Keris stammt aus der Dapur (Modellreihe) Mangkurat 5 Luk. Die Pamor ist Adeg Sapu. Die Kembang Kacang ist intakt und die Ganja Kelap Lintah.

 

Die Warangka ist im Kojongan Stil aus Sterling Silber gefertigt. Sie ist mit 22 Karat Gold auf Vorder- und Rückseite geschmückt und weist viele Rubine und Saphir Carbochons auf. Der Griff ist aus Sterling Silber und reichlich mit 22 Karat Gold und vielen Rubinen und Saphiren geschmückt. Er stellt den Balinesischen Gott Wisnu dar (Wisnu ist der Erhalter und der Welt und der Lebensspender aller auf Erden lebenden Wesen. Von allen Hindu- Göttern ist er der humanste und barmherzigste und hat die Fähigkeit, sich frei zwischen dem Himmel der Götter und der Welt der Menschen zu bewegen. Hierzu benutzt er den legendären Göttervogel Garuda. Bereits neunmal kam Wisnu in schweren Zeiten als Krishna in menschlicher Gestalt auf die Erde, um die Welt zu retten. Eine weitere Reinkarnation von Wisnu ist Rama. Wisnu wird auf Stauten meist mit einer Diskusscheibe, einer Lotusblume, einer Muschel und einer Axt dargestellt. Seine Gattin ist die Reisgöttin Dewi Sri). Der Griff ist 14 cm lang.

Zur Geschichte dieses Keris: Er wurde in den 70-er Jahren von einem Deutschen, der in Jakarta tätig war, aus dem Privatbesitz der Familie des 2. Präsidenten der Republik Indonesien Suharto erworben. Suharto galt zu Lebzeiten als einer der reichsten Männer Indonesiens.

 

Der Goldanteil dürfte sich auf ca. 120 Gramm belaufen, so daß allein der Goldwert dieses Keris rund 5.300 EUR beträgt.
